Write in Michigan with Lynne Golodner!

Join Lynne Golodner in her Michigan home for a weekend writers retreat!

Author & Writing Coach Lynne Golodner welcomes 8 writers into her suburban Detroit home for weekend writers retreats twice each year. The gatherings are intimate and focused by genre, with an opportunity for each writer to receive feedback from both the instructor and the other writers on a piece of their writing.

The Michigan retreats begin Friday night and finish midday Sunday, with a group dinner at a local restaurant Saturday night (optional, and with additional costs). Lunch is provided on Saturday.

The purpose of these Michigan retreats is to work on a specific piece of writing that you would like to publish. Interested writers must submit a sample of writing and a brief letter detailing why they are a fit for the retreat. In addition to receiving feedback on your own writing, you’ll provide insight and inspiration to other writers, and build friendships in the process!

Every participant will receive submissions two weeks before the retreat so they can read, review, and comment on each writer’s submission to have an effective discussion and offer meaningful feedback during the retreat. Lynne will provide guidance on writing, publishing and finessing your words during the gathering.
